Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) through the Neurocytology, pathology and clinical diagnosis of malignant tumor, there are patients with definite pain site; 2) radiotherapy and chemotherapy have been stopped for more than 1 months (including nuclide treatment); 3) foreign and oral drugs, no drug, food allergy history; 4) Aged older than 18 years with good compliance; 5) the expected life period more than 12 weeks; 6) the subjects had no major organ dysfunction, blood routine, liver, kidney and heart function; 7) To be able to understand the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) no definite pathological diagnosis; 2) patients who have been undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy for less than 3~4 weeks; 3) the expected survival period was less than 3 months; 4) serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoiesis; 5) pregnant or lactation patients; 6) a person with a history of mental illness that was not easily controlled.
