Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who underwent thoracotomy or thoracoscopic surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou Universitywere included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The age less than 18 years; 2. History of thoracic surgery; 3. History of chronic pain in the chest; 4. History of neuropathic pain; 5. Surgical site infection; 6. Tumor recurrence; 7. Emergency operation; 8. Deaf-mute; 9. History of mental illness.

The incidence of chronic pain at 3 and 6 months after operation;NRS score of 1 to 7 days after operation;
