Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Definition of frailty in elderly with lung cancer includes: 1. unintentional weight loss of 3 kg or more in the previous three months; 2. Fatigue/exhaustion; 3. Slowness, the lowest quintile in the six-meter walking speed test (< 0.8 m/s); 4. Weakness; 5. Low physical activity. Participants were classified as frail (3 or more components present), pre-frail (1-2 components), or non-frail (no component).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. non lung cancer; 2. severe cardiac, liver, or renal dysfunction; 3. conciousness disorder; 4. refuse to participate
