40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages 40-70 years old, male or female, who are voluntary to participate in this study; 2. According to the Beagley-Gibson hand skin aging classification criteria, the skin aging grade of the dorsal hand is grade III or higher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. GA allergies; 2. Patients with immunodeficiency diseases; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Allergic dermatitisunhealed wounds, bacterial or viral infectious skin diseases (such as herpes simplex vulgaris) on the dorsal hand; 5. Undergoing a cryo-intervention on the back skin within 6 months; 6. Oral or topical retinoids within 6 months; 7. Patients who have recently received radiation therapy; 8. Oral anticoagulants or smokers; 9. Work outdoors or have sunburn; 10. History of hypertrophic scars or keloids; 11. History of post-inflammatory pigmentation or hypopigmentation.
