Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients (Age > 18 years); 2. Elective cardiac surgery (cadiiopulmonary bypass or valve replacement).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-elective cardiac surgery(cadiiopulmonary bypass or valve replacement); 2. Renal failure on dialysis; 3. Renal transplantation.
