Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic heart failure; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Yang-deficiency syndrome; 3. The cardio-renal syndrome group meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 CRS on the basis of the criteria mentioned above; 4. sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart failure caused by valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, myocarditis and cardiomyopathy; 2. History of kidney disease; 3. Severe liver disease or endocrine disease; 4. Mental disordered that could not sign the informed consent
