Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-60 years with suspected OSAS are cooperative, literate, capable of independent behavior and cognition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) secondary hypertension; (2) patients with cancer, epilepsy or other diseases and severe organ failure that affect 5-year survival rate; (4) patients with OSAS and other sleep disorders who have been treated; (5) patients with diabetes and abnormal glucose metabolism who fail to control blood glucose well; (6) patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and patients with bronchial asthma; (7) patients with severe arrhythmias and pacemakers; (8) patients with various mental and psychological diseases and drug addiction; (9) those who are taking B receptor blockers, sedatives and sleeping pills, shift workers; Patient with effective data of 24 h blood pressure less than 80% will be withdraw.
