18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 75 years; 2. The pathological diagnosis is squamous cell carcinoma; 3. Patients diagnosed cancer of the larynx,hypopharynx and oropharynx are staged retrospectively from III to IVA, in accordance with the American Joint Committee on Cancer 2010 criteria. Or refuse operation; 4. Normal blood picture and hepatorenal function; 5. No severe and /or uncontrolled medical conditions, including severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled diabetes and high blood pressure, active infection, liver and kidney disorders; 6. No second primary carcinoma; 7. Karnofsky scoring function from 80 to 100.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe and /or uncontrolled medical conditions, including severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled diabetes and high blood pressure, active infection, liver and kidney disorders; 2. Patients in pregnant or nursing; 3. Received any surgical operation or radiotherapy; 4. Patient with uncontrollable mental disease and active infection; 5. Documented hypersensitivity reaction to paclitaxel or taxinol; 6. Patient with lower compliance; 7. Patient not fitted for this study determined by the principal investigator (PI).
