Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet diagnostic criteria of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture of the thoracolumbar spine; 2. Aged > 65 years; 3. Fracture occurring within 1 week; 4. Tight compliance and provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tumor in the vertebral body; 2. Vertebral burst fracture; 3. Vertebral tuberculosis; 4. Suppurative infection; 5. Old fracture.
