18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) older than 18 years old; 2) fasting concentrations of glucose (FPG = 7.0 mmol/L) at least two different separate investigations; 3) can complete the questionnaire independently or through an investigator; 4) revisiting the same clinic specialist = 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) type 1 diabetes or gestational diabetes; 2) any severe psychiatric disorders or comprehension barriers; 3) taking part in another clinical trial; 4) alcohol or psychoactive substance abused.
