Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. January 2010-present Neurosurgery at the First and Second Hospitals of Fujian Medical University admitted patients with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage; 2. persons older than 18 years of age; 3. All patients should be diagnosed as ruptured intracranial aneurysms by brain CT scan, CT angiography (CTA) or whole brain angiography (DSA); 4. Interventions were performed using craniotomy or interventional endovascular embolization; 5. No major systemic disease associated with the systemic system may affect various indicators and prognosis; 6. can meet the interview or follow-up, provide relevant information and obtain clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The first head CT scan or negative lumbar puncture; 2. Intracranial tumors, craniocerebral trauma, intracranial arteriovenous malformations and other brain diseases; 3. Patients with coagulopathy and history of brain surgery; 4. Incomplete clinical data cannot complete this researcher; 5. Incorporate other serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 6. Other non-aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (such as venous malformation, hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, moyamoya disease, etc.). One of the above is deleted; 7. Conservative treatment or abandon treatment; delete if one of the above is met.
