Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I ~ II; 2. Patients between the ages of 20 and 60 years; 3. patients who are scheduled for gynecology surgery requiring general anesthesia and endotracheal intubation from July 2018 to February 2019 at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University; 4. no respiratory disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative cough, hoarseness, sore throat, difficulties in tracheal intubation, history of mouth or pharynx surgery; 2. Wheezing or speech impairment; 3. Nasal feeding or indwelling stomach tube; 4. Steroid treatment is being used; 5. allergic to lidocaine.
