1.5 Years to 10 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 1.5 to 10 years old; 2. Diagnosed as autistic disorder(ASD) according to DSM-IV criteria; 3. Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC) score> 67; 4. Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS) score >30; 5. Children's guardian has understood all research content and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Consumption of antibiotics, prebiotic or probiotics within 4 weeks; 2. Intestinal examination within 4 weeks; 3. History of bowel surgery; 4. Presence with chronic and unstable somatic disease; 5. Presence with any other neuropsychiatric disorder.
