Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of experiment group A: diagnosis, acute period have blisters appear, the blister part consistent with pain; Aged 35-75 years old; Parts: thoracic segments postherpetic neuralgia; Course of the pain after herpes zoster existed at least 3 months; visual analogue scale (VAS) > 5, spontaneous persistent pain; Head MRI without abnormal signal; No other chronic pain, no infection, no history of cardiopulmonary dysfunction and other nervous system dysfunction. The inclusion criteria of experiment group B: no neuralgia happened after herpes zoster; Other conditions are same to the group A. Healthy volunteers: gender, age composition will be matched with the group A; Without sustained spontaneous pain history; Head MRI scan is not found obvious abnormal signal.
