2 Years to 18 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients wear myofunctional appliance for the first time without history of orthodontic treatment; 2. Patients in good health and there is no lack of anterior teeth; 3. Full mouth periodontal condition is basicly normal; 4. No history of medicine use within 3 months; 5. The patient promised not to participate in any oral treatment such as periodontal scaling during the study period 6. With the patient and their parents fully informed, they volunteered to participate in the trial and had good compliance. They could complete oral cleaning as required and sign a consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Can not be strictly enforced as required; 2. Periodontal treated or active waiver is required; 3. Enamel hypoplasia, fluorosis and enamel demineralization have been observed before orthodontic treatment.
