Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In line with 2011 NIA-AA AD diagnostic criteria; MMSE score = 23 points; head CT and (or) MRI examination in addition to showing different degrees of brain atrophy, no other abnormal changes; no clear history of stroke, then enter the AD group; In accordance with Peterson's diagnostic criteria; cognitive decline = 6 months; illiteracy, primary school literacy, MoCA-B <demarcation, junior high school and above, according to a set of neuropsychological tests such as memory function criteria for auditory vocabulary learning test (AVLT) Delayed recall scores = mean - 1.50 SD, ie = 4 points (50-60 years), = 3 points (60-70 years), = 2 points (70-80 years); overall cognition is relatively normal: MMSE Total score = 24 points (for junior high school and above), 21 points for (primary school), and 19 points (for illiterate people); if there is no defect in daily living ability, enter the MCI group; Healthy old people without neuropsychiatric disorders and their family history entered the healthy control group
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: MRI examination contraindications, including metal implants in the body, claustrophobia, etc.
