Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. compliance with the diagnostic criteria for idiopathic facial paralysis; 2. paralysis on one side; 3. First onset; 4. Quartering begins within half a year; 5. aged 15-59 years old; 6. Level 3 or above in t HB system; 7. Sciatica is willing to undergo shock wave therapy in combination with conventional physiologic rehabilitation treatment or only conventional physiologic rehabilitation treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Peripheral facial paralysis caused by nerve injury and tumor factors; 2. Facial neuropathy caused by diabetes mellitus and guillain-barre syndrome; 3. Peripheral facial paralysis caused by parotitis, otitis media, suppurative lymphadenitis after maxillofacial; 4. Immunosuppressive local acute infection; 5. Bilateral local malignant tumor; 6. Pregnancy and puerperium; 7. Using drugs with abnormal serum or oral anticoagulants; 8. Subjects who met the inclusion criteria but refused to sign informed consent.
