Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged 60 years or older; 2. Patients who agree and sign the informed consent form; 3. patients undergoing elective lumbar surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. heart and kidney insufficiency; 2. Patients with gastrointestinal related organic lesions; 3. Patients with a history of preoperative hypokalemia, ascites, peritonitis, and intestinal obstruction; 4. Suffering from disorders related to mental and consciousness disorders.
