8 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Typical CIDP: Chronic progressive, step-like aggravated or recurrent symmetric limb distal and proximal weakness associated with sensory disturbances, onset for at least 2 months, the cranial nerves may also be involved, and quadriplegia tendon reflexes may be reduced or lost; (2) Atypical CIDP: Mainly for distal involvement; asymmetry; limitations; pure motility.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Peripheral neuropathy caused by B. pilosicoli infection, diphtheria, drugs, or poisons; hereditary demyelinating neuropathy; 2. Obvious sphincter disorders; 3. Diagnosed multifocal motor neuropathy; 4. High-titer anti-myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG) antibody IgM monoclonal gammopathies; 5. Other demyelinating neuropathy. Including POEMS disease, osteopetrosis myeloma, diabetic or non-diabetic lumbosacral plexus lesions; 6. Peripheral lymphoma and amyloidosis.
