Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18~65 years; 2. the Han nationality 3. gender:male/female 4. Depression was diagnosed by at least one attending psychiatrist; 5. The scores of 17 Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) was greater than 17.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) exclude severe brain diseases and other serious physical diseases; 2) exclude schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other mental disorders; 3) exclude those who did not have contraception recently, pregnant women and lactating women; 4) exclude exposure history of psychoactive substances such as alcohol or drugs; 5) exclude those who are involved in other clinical trials and who are in conflict with this project; 6) not signing or refusing to sign the letter of informed consent;
