18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old male or female; 2. active gastric ulcer determined by endoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. anastomotic ulcer, pyloric obstruction, and frost like ulcer; 2. duodenal ulcer; 3. non-peptic ulcer,such as gastrinoma,gastric Crohn disease, gastric lymphoma; 4. suspected malignant gastric ulcer; 5. gastric ulcer with active bleeding,hospitalization is recommended; 6. women during pregnant or breast-feed stage; 7. severe heart, liver and renal insufficiency; 8. those who are allergic or those contraindications to the drugs used in this study; 9. those who are inadvisable to enter the study determined by researches.
