18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged =18 years; 2. Diagnosed with cerebral infarction or cerebral haemorrhage confirmed by CT or/and MRI scan before admission 3. Within 14 days of disease onset; 4. Patients and family members understand and will to cooperate with this study and a written informed consent was signed; 5. Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) = 10(Appendix 1); 6. Motor response of GCS = 6; 7. Eye opening of GCS =3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with any unstable vital signs; 2. Combined with tracheostomy; 3. Any obstruction diseases in the airway or oesophagus (for example, severe pneumonia, asthma attack, esophageal cancer, laryngocarcinoma and so on); 4. Allergy to dairy products; 5. Myasthenia Gravis; 6. Allergy or any mental disorders who cannot cooperate the screening.
