Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. After craniocerebral surgery transferred to Ruijin Hospital North Hospital ICU; 2. There is intracranial pressure monitoring; 3. Aged = 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The sedation time is less than 24 hours; 2. Take sleeping pills for a long time in the past; 3. pregnancy; 4. GCS 3; 5. severe liver dysfunction(ChildB or C); 6. Severe renal abnormalities(preoperative dialysis, blood creatinine > 445 µmol / l, urea nitrogen > 20 mmol/l); 7. hemodynamics instability(arrhythmia, hypotension); 8. died in 24 hours; 9. tumor surgery(this time); 10. The Lord refused to sign an informed consent.
