Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-65 years old; 2. Less than twice onsets of stroke, and the onset time is 3-12 months; 3. The unilateral limb activity is unfavorable. The ipsilateral upper limb Ashworth score reached grade 1 and above; 4. Cerebral vascular accidents occurred in the internal carotid artery system and were confirmed by head CT or MRI; 5. The patient is conscious and has stable vital signs; 6. Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. transient ischemic attack, reversible neurological deficit (RIND) and so on; 2. After examination, it was confirmed that neurological deficits were caused by brain tumors, brain trauma, cerebral parasites, heart diseases, and metabolic disorders; patients with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease; cerebrovascular accidents occurred in the vertebral-basal artery system; 3. Exclude patients with bilateral or unilateral limbs with history or symptoms of surgery, trauma, infection, fracture, bone tumor, congenital malformation, rheumatism, and rheumatoid; 4. Exclude spine disorders, patients with unilateral or bilateral joint disease; 5. Exclude patients with peripheral nerve damage, pain and affecting physical activity.
