18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Participants: clinical imaging examination (such as CT and MR) revealed suspicious prostate nodules not yet diagnosed with prostate cancer; (2) Aged 18-80 years; (3) Inpatient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe coagulation dysfunction; (2) Anorectal pain; (3) Severe immunosuppressive disease; (4) Acute prostatitis; (5) Poor mental status.
