Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Over 65 years old; Patients with femoral trochanteric fracture internal fixation were confirmed; Voluntary and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Local anaesthesia; Puncture site infection; Combined with severe cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular complications, inability to express normally, refusal to sign informed consent.
