Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inspectors aged =18 years old; 2. Patients who agree and sign the informed consent form; 3. Inspectors for appointments for outpatient visits; 4. Patients undergoing colonoscopy for the first time; 5. Patients with smartphones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congestive heart disease or renal failure; 2. Patients with severe intestinal stenosis or obstruction; 3. with severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure> 180mmHg and or diastolic blood pressure> 110mmHg) 4. Patients with toxic enteritis or megacolon; 5. women in the menstrual period; 6. acute abdomen; 7. Patients with intestinal perforation or suspected intestinal perforation.
