Age
60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 60~80 year old female patients with osteoarthritis of the knee; (2) unilateral knee joint lesions received initial total knee replacement; (3) body mass index (body mass index, BMI) < 35; (4) primary and above cultural level; (5) residence in Lanzhou; (6) no serious organic disease, etc.; (7) patients' Cognition Normal function, can understand and cooperate with preoperative and postoperative rehabilitation and nursing, and is expected to be able to walk after operation; (8) patients who voluntarily participate in follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe communication disorders, mental disorders or other serious organic diseases; (2) severe osteoporosis; (3) accompanied by deformity of the hip and ankle; (4) patients with tumor prosthesis replacement; (5) rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and patients with serious knee joint diseases.
