18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 18 to 75years; 2) pathological confirmation of left colon carcinoma (splenic flexure colon cancer, descending colon cancer or sigmoid colon cancer); 3) no distant metastasis; 4) those who need emergency surgical resection including complicated intestinal obstruction or intestinal perforation; 5) no history of abdominal surgery; 6) no history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 7) patients or their family members can understand the study plan and are willing to participate in the study and agree to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) simultaneous or heterogeneous (within 5 years) malignant tumor, except in situ cancer; 2) combined devisceration needed; 3) ASA 4 or 5 grade; 4) pregnant or nursing women; 5) serious mental illness; 6) patients with heart, brain, lung, renal insufficiency, abnormal coagulation and other intolerance to surgery; 7) continuous systemic steroid therapy; 8) having an abdominal surgery history, which may disturb the intraoperative exposure or lymph node dissection; 9) those allergic to nano carbon and similar products; 10) patients or their families cannot understand the conditions and objectives of this study; 11) patients that the researchers considered unsuitable for participation.
