Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Dysphagia patients post-stroke (1) Patients who were diagnosed as initial cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, and were confirmed by cranial CT or MRI, where the diagnosis was in line with the standards issued in the 4thNational Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease; (2) Patients had clear consciousness, and the disease was stabilized for 48h; (3) Score of Abbreviated Mental Test Scale (AMT) was greater than 7 points; (4) functional communication measure swallowing (FCM) was of grade 2-6; (5) VFSS examination confirmed pharynx dysphagia; 2. Health volunteer: (1) No history of the operation on the head and neck, stomach and esophagus; (2) No history of otolaryngology or neurological diseases; (3) Screening for non-dysphagia with standard swallowing assessment (SSA); (4) Not taking drugs that affect swallowing function recently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Dysphagia patients post-stroke 1. Patients with malignant tumors; 2. Patients with serious internal and neurological diseases; 3. Patients with mental diseases or cognitive dysfunction; 4. Patients with dysphagia by other causes; 5. True bulbar paralysis
