Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with initially diagnosed LDH undergoing initial surgery; 2. Aged 60-75 years; 3. Lowe back pain or radiating pain in the lower limbs, positive physical sign consistent with imaging data; 4. No improvement or aggravation in symptoms after 3 months of non-surgical treatment; 5. Provision of written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of severe circulatory or respiratory system diseases; 2. No obvious abnormality in electrocardiogram and lung function test; 3. Cardiac ejection = 60%; 4. Clinical manifestation of lumbar spondylolisthesis and lumbar instability; 5. Spinal cord injury or nerve injury.
