Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From June 2018 to May 2019, he was admitted to Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, diagnosed by hysteroscopy as moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions, and patients with fertility requirements who were recently required to be treated and participated in follow-up. Including patients with moderate intrauterine adhesions, severe intrauterine adhesions, secondary menstrual cramps, and secondary amenorrhea.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. breast-feeding women; 2. have uncontrollable high blood pressure, heart disease and other unsuitable surgery; 3. submucosal fibroids or other types of uterine fibroids diameter = 3cm; 4. ovarian, pituitary or hypothalamic amenorrhea or uterine Endometrial tuberculosis caused by amenorrhea; 5. exist or highly suspected malignant tumors, such as endometrial cancer, cervical cancer; 6. severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
