20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the male patients who need to retain the catheter under general anesthesia; 2. aged 20-70 years old; 3. body mass index (18~25 kg. M-2); 4. ASA grade I or grade II; 5. no serious cardiovascular disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. central nervous system diseases; 3. urinary system diseases; 4. opiate medication history.
