Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old male and female; 2. STEMI patients with PCI (in line with the diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of acute st-elevation myocardial infarction in China in 2010), the incidence time was less than 12 hours; 3. All the selected patients will be formally selected after signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to heparin; 2. Received thrombolytic therapy in 12 hours; 3. Bleeding tendency; 4. Not excluded from aortic dissection; 5. Severe trauma and surgical history within 3 months; 6. Uncontrolled hypertension >180/110mmHg); 7. Women who are pregnant, lactating and having family planning; 8. The researcher considers that it is not appropriate to participate in any situation in this study.
