Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) there is a definite tooth extraction indication; 2) 10 minutes of rest after first record of blood pressure, the blood pressure to be measured at (140-180) /(90-100) mmHg; 3) aged between 18 and 75 years; 4) tooth extraction duration is less than 15 min.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with contraindication for nitrous oxide inhalation; 2) There were tooth extraction contraindications; 3) Patient ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) degree were III or above; 4) History of anaphylaxis; 5) Mental retardation, cerebral palsy, unable to cooperate with the operator.
