Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Complaints of neck pain /discomfort or limited cervical activity; (2) Patients were 18 to 75 years of age; (3) had a neck pain score of more than 30 mm on a visual analogue scale (VAS) for 5 of 7 pretreatment days (possible score on this VAS ranges from 0 to 100 mm); (4) The course of neck pain was more than 3 months; (5) Patients with good compliance, willing to cooperate with research, and have signed informed consent. noted: included patients must meet 5 items above mention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Under 18 years of age and over 75 years of age; (2) Patients with other serious organic diseases such as tumor, tuberculosis, fracture, osteomyelitis, ect; (3) Patients with cardio-cerebrovascular, function lesion of liver and kidney, immune deficiency, diabetes, blood disease; (4) Patients with mental disorder and mental disorders, and those who can not cooperate with questionnaire investigation; (5) patients with hemorrhagic tendency, allergic constitution and dermatosis; (6) Pregnant women , breast-feeding women and who have reproductive plan in the near half of the year; (7) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials. note: if meet one item above should be excluded.
