Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient with mitral valve replacement or aortic valve replacement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of cardiac surgery, combined surgery (simultaneous valvuloplasty and aneurysm), severe aortic stenosis (valvular area 150U), renal insufficiency (creatinine> 1.5 mg/dl), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Expiratory volume less than 0.8L), neurological history, severe stenosis, severe infection (calcitonin> 0.5ug/L, CRP> 8.5), diabetes.
