Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children and infants of ASA physical status I-II, aged between 0 and 5 years,weight less than 20kg, requiring one lung ventilation in elective Thoracotomy or thoracoscopic surgery will be enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe heart failure, severe respiratory failure, unable to tolerate one lung ventilation, aged >5 years,weight>20kg
