Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria for dry eyes: 1. the subjective symptoms such as dryness, grittiness, burning, fatigue, discomfort in the eyes,vision instability and so on, and (break up time of tear film rupture=5s or schirmer I test sIt = 5 mm / 5 min; 2. when break up time 5 s to 10 s or Schirmer I test 5mm/5min to 10mm/5min in the eyes, The corneal fluorescein sodium staining was also positive.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) women during pregnancy and lactation; (2) patients were given oral or local antibiotics or prescribed ophthalmic drugs (antibiotics, corticosteroids and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)during the study and 3 months prior to the trial; (3) eye infection or conjunctivitis; (4) dry eye caused by rheumatism immunity disease and hyperthyroidism; (5) any active eye or nasolacrimal duct infection; (6) mental illness; (7) patients with systemic diseases, ocular surface diseases, uveitis, glaucoma, Recent (< 3 months) administration of antibiotics, drugs, probiotics or fiber supplements; (8) anemia, gastrointestinal dysfunction or chronic diseases such as tumors, severe tarsal gland atrophy; (9) meibomian gland cyst.
