15 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with primary malignant bone or soft tissue tumor, with the age range from 15 to 80, receving sacral tumor en-bloc resection and sacrifice of S2/S3 and its lower sacral nerve; 2. patients without bladder dysfunctions caused by tumor compression; 3. no damage of sacral nerve over the resection segemnt; 4. inform consent form signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. bladder dysfunctions caused by other reasons; 2. pudendal nerve completely damaged before surgery; 3. damage of sacral nerve over the resection segemnt; 4. patients with severe heart,brain,kidney and other organ diseases; 5. patients with poor poor compliance.
