Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients were suffering from AD according to the criteria of Hanifin and Rajka, ranging from 20 to 45 years old, with moderate to severe disease activity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria included having such diseases in the last 6 months: 1. Hematological diseases; 2. Autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus; 3. Infectious diseases; 4. Application of drug which could affect the number and function of PBMCs, such as chlorpropamide.
