18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged=18 years; 2. ECOG 0-2; 3. normal hematology function, coagulation function, liver function and kidney function; 4. Non - squamous non small cell lung cancer((NSCLC)) has been pathologically diagnosed; 5. TNM stage IV patients according to JACC version 8; 6. Measurable or evaluable tumor patients (according to RECIST1.1 criteria); 7. EGFR exon 19 deletion (19del) or exon 21 mutation (L858R) has been confirmed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have had or have had any malignant tumors in the past 5 years except those who have been treated for basal or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, cervical or bladder, and breast carcinoma in situ; 2. Patients who are allergic to berberberine; 3. Patients who have received chemotherapy for tumor metastasis; 4. Patients who have received drugs targeting EGFR or VEGF to treat lung cancer; 5. During pregnancy.
