18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years, with preoperative clinical diagnosis of gallbladder cancer and imaging assessment indicating gallbladder cancer, and postoperative pathology confirmed as gallbladder adenocarcinoma; 2. No other severe concomitant diseases and good organ function, able to tolerate surgical treatment; 3. Postoperative pathology shows R0/R1 resection; 4. No uncontrolled active infection; chronic viral hepatitis, if in active phase, requires antiviral therapy; 5. Able to comply with the study protocol during the study period, and agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Death within 30 days after surgery; 2. Gallbladder adenocarcinoma confirmed by intraoperative or postoperative pathology, with inability to determine the primary tumor location; 3. Receipt of neoadjuvant radiotherapy, chemotherapy, chemoradiotherapy, or other anti-malignant treatments before surgery; 4. Other severe diseases or conditions, including: severe, uncontrolled medical diseases, infections, or digestive system disorders; severe electrolyte disturbances; active disseminated intravascular coagulation; major organ failure, such as decompensated heart, lung, liver, or kidney failure; 5. Deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator after comprehensive assessment of the patient's condition.
