Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-40 years; Patients were treated with lower back pain and applied for lumbar MRI. No injury, No tuberculosis and tumor history; No history of spinal surgery; No systemic lupus erythematosus, No ankylosing spondylitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women in pregnancy and lactation;Patients with severe or existing heartfailure, or liver failure,or renal failure; Mental disorder, physical disability, mental retardation; Unwilling subjects.
