Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis base on hemotological and genetic criteria; willing and capable to cooperate with scheduled treatment, lab tests/imaging and follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: non-trasfusion dependent thalassemia; complicated with malignancy; HIV and/or HCV tests positive; incomplete clinical/lab data; status post stem cell transplantation
