Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective peritoneal dialysis catheter placement; 2. Age 18 to 65 years; 3. ASA I to IV; 4. BMI 18 to 35 kg/m2; 5. be informed consent for the study and signed of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to the local anesthetic; 2. There is abnormal movement of the lower extremities; 3. Abnormal liver function and coagulation function; 4. Pregnancy and lactation women; 5. Expected difficult airway patients; 6. Coexistence of mental illness or inability to cooperate with anesthesia Other factors that hinder the anesthetic plane test; 7. long-term use of sedative/analgesic drugs; 8. patients who are willing to accept only one of two anesthetic methods
