1 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older than 6 months and testis in the abdominal cavity; 2. Preliminary judgment that the testes cannot be released into the scrotum after release; 3. Objective data testicular distance from the inner ring more than 2-3cm (due to different ages, the distance may be different, the surgery requires detailed records)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With cerebral palsy, congenital adrenal hyperplasia and sexual development disorders, surgery should be careful; 2. Accessible cryptorchidism is less than 6 months may fall to the scrotum itself, may be observed; 3. Recurrence of cryptorchidism, due to local severe adhesion, laparoscopic surgery must be careful, should allow experienced urologists to open surgery; 4. Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction, can not tolerate CO2 pneumoperitoneum.
