Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) diagnosis of atrial fibrillation: atrial fibrillation attacked at least 3 times in nearly 3 months, and at least 1 times confirmed by electrocardiogram; (2) at least one kind of antiarrhythmic drugs was ineffective or patients could not tolerate the AAD(including beta blockers); (3) aged 18-80 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) left atrial diameter (LAD)> 50mm or left atrial thrombosis; (2) left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) < 40% or cardiac function III - IV level; (3) hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; (4) unstable angina pectoris or recent myocardial infarction; (5) cerebral apoplexy occurred in the last 6 months; (6) uncontrolled hyperthyroidism; (7) pregnancy; (8) thrombocythemia and thrombocytopenia; (9) high risk of bleeding or anticoagulant taboo; (10) the expected survival was less than 1 years; (11) unwilling to insist on treatment or unwilling to sign the informed consent.
