18 Years to 48 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged = 18 years of all patients with rupture of fallopian tubes of ectopic pregnancy will be registered into this study in department of gynecology, Southeast University Medical School Affiliated Nanjing Tongren hospital from July 1, 2018 to July 1, 2020. All patients will be informed the contents of the clinical trials, and signed the informed consent form into this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Estimated intraperitoneal hemorrhage more than 24 hours; 2. Blood loss confirmed by surgery < 500 ml; 3. At the same time with abdominal cavity infection/peritonitis; 4. Patients blood type is Rh (-); 5. Preoperative patients with blood system diseases accompanied by coagulation dysfunction.
