18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 ~ 65 years old male and female; 2. BMI 18.5-30kg/?; 3. ASA I-III; 4. Mallampati I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Interincisor Distance<2.5 cm; To predict or have a history of difficult airway or abnormal surgical anesthesia; 2. anticholinergic drug use contraindications, such as narrow Angle glaucoma, pyloric obstruction, hyperplasia of prostate and serious cardiovascular diseases and allergies; 3. it is known to be allergic to emulsions and opioids; 4. Addiction and dependence on opioids or hypnotic drugs for a long time; 5. Unable to communicate and have neuropsychiatric disorders; 6. severe esophageal and gastric dynamic diseases; 7. long-term alcoholic;(10) pregnant or in lactation; 8. severe cardiac, cerebral, pulmonary, liver, renal function and diabetes, and other metabolic differences; 9. patients with a history of abdominal pain before surgery.
